This project documents the visual transformation achieved through a comprehensive kitchen island painting process. Initially, the island consisted of an unfinished wood base structure set in an in-progress kitchen space. Subsequently, the cabinetry was prepped and coated with a deep, dark paint color to anchor the room. Furthermore, a contrasting white solid surface countertop and a modern sink were installed to finalize the workspace. Ultimately, these updates established a distinct focal point that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding light perimeter cabinets.
