This project involved a comprehensive exterior stair replacement to ensure long-term structural safety. First, the existing, weathered wooden stairs and handrails were carefully dismantled and removed from the property. Following the demolition, the team constructed a completely new, multi-level staircase using pressure-treated lumber. Furthermore, sturdy new railings and reinforced landings were installed to meet current building standards. Overall, the updated structure provides a secure and reliable access point to the upper levels of the residence.
