This project involved a comprehensive custom bathroom renovation, transforming a dated layout into a modern functional space. Initially, the existing bathtub, vanity, and flooring were completely removed to prepare the site for the new design. Subsequently, the plumbing was rerouted and updated to accommodate a spacious walk-in shower configuration. Following the rough-in phase, a complete waterproofing system was installed in the shower area, which was then tiled with light grey subway tiles and featured a built-in niche. Furthermore, striking black herringbone tile was laid for the main bathroom floor, providing a durable and aesthetic foundation. Finally, the renovation was completed with the installation of a new dark vanity with a contrasting countertop, contemporary black plumbing fixtures, a fixed glass shower panel, and updated lighting.
